Why not have a smoothie instead of coffee? :=) This is what I thought too and reduced my coffee intake! To be honest, I've never made a smoothie from a recipe. Ok, let's say, I've read what kind of fruits or veggies are appropriate for smoothies and juices but that's all. That is why I came up with my own ideas. Here are, what I've figured out, my favourite smoothies. I have divided them into four categories: Green, yellow, red and orange smoothies. (Don't be disappointed, no amounts are given - I don't like amounts, they are boring! :P)
Spinach - Avocado - Banana Smoothie
Grapes - Cucumber - Parsley Smoothie
Avocado - Lemon - Banana Smoothie
Cauliflower - Hazelnuts - Cinnamon Smoothie
Red beet - Pineapple Smoothie
Red beet - Spinach - Lemon Smoothie
Pomegranate - Blueberries Smoothie
Carrots - Turmeric - Cabbage Smoothie
