1# Jardin Marron, Praslin, Seychelles
Paradise - yes, this is the right word for this amazing place to stay. That's one of the most scenic places, we've been to, that's why we listed it first. As you see below, the terrace in front of the guesthouse and the balcony have a lovely view of the sea. What is more, around the house, there is a small botanical garden, full of interesting plants like Noni trees, palm trees, etc. The host is incredibly friendly and she loves to serve fresh mango and coconut smoothies. 2# Namibgrens, Windhoek, Namibia
One of many highlights of our Namibia trip was sleeping at the Namibgrens camp site. It felt like being in the middle of the wilderness, but still with all the infrastructure one needs. During the day, we enjoyed the visits of various parrots, horses, goats etc. Also the landscape is really picturesque. This extremely beautiful camp site can be booked here.

3# Mowani Mountain Camp, Namibia
Another camp in Namibia, which you shouldn't miss on your trip around this amazing country, goes by the name Mowani Mountain Camp. Whether you decide to stay at one of the lodges or sleeping at the camp site, you can't do anything wrong. Both is a great choice but one is maybe a bit more expensive :) We stayed at the camp site, which as fully equipped and in a unbelievable interesting location, as you see below. 4# Buckler's Africa, Kruger Park, South Africa
Buckler's Africa is a great place if you're considering visiting the Kruger Park in South Africa and if you're looking for a lodge, which will not take away all your wealth. It is affordable, for sure. Although it is located outside of the Kruger Park, it is still a great place to be, since only a river (full of crocodiles) stands between the lodge and the park. 5# Cayley Mountain Resort, Drakensberg, South Africa
Don't miss out the Drakensberg mountains, when you are visiting South Africa. This was one of our favorite stops. Especially staying at the Cayley Mountain Resort was an unique experience and something we really recommend. The rooms are great, the pool is fantastic and the views are even better. 6# The View, Oman
The most spectacular view can be found here at The View Hotel in the Jebel Shams mountains in Oman. Each lodge is simply but beautifully equipped and comes with a lovely balcony. Oh, I forgot. Each bathroom has a bath with a view of the mountains. So cool :) Besides, the food at the restaurant is delicious and don't worry - you won't starve, as the portions are huuuuuge. 7# The Desert Nights Camp, Oman
Another place to stay in Oman, which we simply can't forget, is The Desert Nights Camp. Look at these lodges below. Staying in one of these is really cool and they are fully and nicely equipped. In the evening, the staff drives you to the nearby dune to observe the sunset over the camp in the desert. After that, you get served a huuuge and delicious dinner. 8# Park Hotel Brenscino, Ticino, Switzerland

Wau, when I think of this place to stay, I remember the moments, we spend on this balcony, drinking coffee, enjoying the sun and later also magical sunsets. During the day we were strolling around, visiting the city of Zadar and we did a day-trip to the Paklenica national park. We highly recommend this apartment, when travelling around Croatia. 11# Taverna & Wine, Jeruzalem, Slovenia
The highlight of this Bed&Breakfast is definitely its location. I think, I haven't seen something similar yet. It's located on the top of a hill, full of vineyards. It gets even better, when you realize, that its rooms are perfectly located to enjoy the scenic sunset. We had our bikes with us and enjoyed cycling during the day and wine tasting in the evening. 13# White Beach, Port Barton, The Philippines
That's a place, we still talk about it today. We are not fans of returning to the same places, but for this, it would be 100% worth it and it might really happen in the future. What's so cool about it? First of all, this location is quite remote, so don't expect many tourists and locals to be here. Second of all, as the beach name tells it, there is a a long white sand beach with a crystal clear turquoise sea water (the bluest water, we have ever seen!). The owner serves delicious mango and pineapple juices all day long. Then, there are hammocks everywhere, so I remember laying in the hammocks in the evening and observing the stars. You can also rent out a kayak and explore the islands around. It's just an outstanding place to stay, even better than your best vacation dreams. The town called Ella is a lovely stop when travelling around Sri Lanka. But it can get even better when staying at the Tunnel Gap Resort. This little guesthouse is located perfectly! It is surrounded by tea plantations and it is a good starting point for the hike to the Little Adam's Peak and visit to the tea factory. 15# El Lago del Mar, Arrieta, Lanzarote, the Canary Islands
This lovely apartment is perfectly situated at the East coast of Lanzarote, the Canary Island. The location at the seaside offers you amazing sunrise scenes, right from the balcony. This spacious apartment is suitable for 3-4 people and comes with a lovely inner decoration. Nearby there are natural pools to keep you refreshed during the day and the promenade along the coastline is perfect for long walks in the afternoon.
